How are the illustrations packaged to prevent damage during shipping?
All art prints are placed in protective acid-free sleeves and shipped in heavy-duty, stay-flat cardboard mailers. Larger wall art pieces are carefully rolled in thick protective tissue and shipped in reinforced mailing tubes to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
What is the standard turnaround time for custom home portraits?
Custom commissions typically take 2-3 weeks for design and production, plus shipping time. During peak holiday seasons, we recommend ordering at least 5 weeks in advance to guarantee timely delivery.
What type of paper and ink do you use for your prints?
We use museum-grade, 200gsm archival matte paper and fade-resistant pigment inks. This ensures your illustrations maintain their vibrant colors and detail for decades without yellowing or fading.
Can I request a custom size for an illustration?
Yes, we can accommodate custom sizing for most of our illustrations. Please contact our support team with the specific dimensions you require, and we will provide you with a custom quote and digital proof.
What is your return policy for damaged or incorrect items?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us a photo of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a free replacement to be sent out immediately.
Do you offer framing services with your art prints?
Currently, we offer high-quality wooden frames in black, white, and natural oak for select sizes. If a framing option is available for your chosen piece, it will appear as a selectable option on the product page.
