Initiate Your Return
Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the illustrations or home goods back in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method, typically appearing within 5-10 business days.
